Q: Do you offer financing for all credit types?
A: Yes. We work with multiple lenders and can help customers with a wide range of credit situations.

Q: Do you have vehicles under $20,000?
A: Yes. We regularly stock affordable used cars, trucks, and SUVs, including options under $20,000 (availability changes often).

Q: Do you take trade-ins?
A: Yes. We accept trade-ins and appraise based on condition, mileage, and market demand.

Q: Will you buy my car even if I’m not buying from you?
A: Yes. We buy vehicles and can make an offer after we evaluate it.

Q: Can I get a vehicle history report?
A: Yes. Vehicle history reports are available for our inventory.

Q: Can I get an extended service contract?
A: Extended service contracts are available on eligible vehicles. Coverage varies by vehicle and provider.

Q: What is GAP?
A: GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) can help cover the difference between what you owe on your auto loan and what your insurance pays if the vehicle is totaled or stolen. Availability and coverage depend on the lender and the contract terms.

Q: Can I take the car for a pre-purchase inspection?
A: Yes. If you want an independent inspection, we can work with you on scheduling.

Q: What do I need to bring to buy a car?
A: Driver’s license and insurance. If financing, bring proof of income and proof of residence.

Q: Do you offer transportation/shipping for out-of-state customers?
A: Yes. We can help arrange transportation for out-of-state buyers. Transport availability, timing, and cost depend on distance and the vehicle, and the buyer is responsible for the transportation expense.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments can help reduce wait time.

Q: Do you make after hours appointments?
A: If you are not available during our normal business hours, we will work with you to find a time that works for both of us.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Evoke Autos is in Jonesboro at 5800 E Highland Dr.

Q: Where is the nearest airport?
A: Jonesboro Municipal Airport (JBR) is just a half mile away from us.  This Airport usually has commercially available flights incoming from St. Louis, MO and Nashville, TN.  We are also just 1 hour away from the Memphis International Airport (MEM).
